Service-Now is a new Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool that will replace Computer Science’s Request Tracking system. Service-Now is being run by the CoE IT Shared Services, and all CoE IT staff will be using this tool to track and address IT issues across the college. The first phase of the implementation started Feburary 12th, 2013, with each of the departments in CoE migrating to Service-Now. Once migration is complete, all email requests for IT assistance will be rerouted to Service-Now. Email Addresses that will be Rerouted What email addresses will be routed to Service Now? In CS, all addresses that previously went to the Request Tracking system will now go to Service-Now. This includes: support@cs.ucdavis.edu support2@cs.ucdavis.edu faculty-support@cs.ucdavis.edu Please continue to use these email addresses as you did before, for all support requests.
